患者,男,58岁。于1994年7月21日12时,在一个体小吃部食凉面条,2小时后恶心、呕吐、泻黄绿色水样便,,并带少量泡沫。经个体诊所治疗后,症状缓解。22日患者又食羊肉汤1碗,随即病情加重,频繁腹泻,每日达30次之多。开始泻水样便,后呈米泔样便,于4日入院治疗。入院时眼窝凹陷,口唇干紫,全身皮肤弹性差,指甲紫绀,体温38℃,脉搏115次/min,血压70/50mmHg,呼吸24次/min。血清K~+5.55mmcl/L。Na~+138.7mmol/L,Cl~-100.5mmol/L,CO_2CP22.6mmol/L。粪检WBC3~5个/视野,
