我国社会处在社会转型期,不少文章报道了转型期中焦躁的中国人,这其实就是文化跟不上经济发展所导致的社会不和谐。而近年来频发的食品卫生安全问题,更是体现出我国法治文化建设未能完全贴服物质文化的发展。从表层上看这是制度化文化出现了问题,其深层结构却表现出人们法律意识和思想的不健全。所以本文从保障食品安全的角度,阐述了法治文化的内涵、意义和建设途径,提出我国社会转型期中的法治文化建设的重要性。
In the period of social transformation in our country, many articles cover the Chinese who are anxious during the transitional period. This is actually why culture can not keep up with the social discord caused by economic development. In recent years, the frequent issue of food hygiene and safety has shown that the construction of the legal culture in our country fails to fully comply with the material and cultural development. On the surface, this is a problem of institutionalized culture, and its deep structure shows people’s legal awareness and imperfections in their thinking. Therefore, this article elaborates the connotation, significance and construction approaches of the rule of law culture from the perspective of food safety and puts forward the importance of building the rule of law culture in the period of social transformation in our country.
