对海峡两岸银行法的主要内容进行比较和评析,借鉴台湾银行立法中的经验,对祖国大陆银行立法中存在的不足之处提出了若干修订的建议。
By comparing and analyzing the main contents of the Bank Law of the two sides of the Strait and drawing lessons from the experience of the Bank of Taiwan legislation, this paper put forward some proposals for the revision of the existing deficiencies in the Mainland’s banking law.
