目的探讨成人乙肝疫苗两种不同免疫程序接种效果。方法对381名16~49岁年龄组HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc指标均为阴性者,采用0、1、3个月和0、1、6个月免疫程序接种10μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗,进行免疫效果观察。阳转率的比较采用χ2检验,抗-HBs GMT比较采用t检验,趋势检验采用相关分析,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结果应用国产10μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗,采取0、1、3个月和0、1、6个月免疫程序后1个月抗-HBs阳性率分别为88.95%和90.05%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.124,P>0.05);几何平均滴度(GMT)分别为94.95IU/L和145.12IU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.007,P=0.045);随着年龄增加,其免后抗–HBsGMT呈下降趋势(r=-0.117,P=0.023)。结论采取0、1、3个月和0、1、6个月免疫程序接种10μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗均可获得良好的抗体阳转率,后者产生的抗体滴度水平更高;且成人接种免疫年龄越小效果越好。
Objective To investigate the vaccination effect of two different immunization programs for adult hepatitis B vaccine. Methods A total of 381 HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc were negative in the age group of 16-49 years. 10 μg recombinant yeast hepatitis B vaccine was vaccinated with 0, 1, 3 months and 0, 1, Immune effects observed. Χ2 test was used to compare the positive conversion rate, t-test was used to compare the anti-HBs GMT, and the trend test was used to analyze the correlation. P <0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results The positive rate of anti-HBs at 1 month after vaccination with 0, 1, 3 months and 0, 1 and 6 months of immunization was 88.95% and 90.05%, respectively, with 10μg of recombinant yeast Hepatitis B vaccine. The difference was not statistically significant ( (χ2 = 0.124, P> 0.05). The geometric mean titers (GMTs) were 94.95 IU / L and 145.12 IU / L, respectively, with significant difference (t = -2.007, P = 0.045) After anti-free anti-HBsGMT showed a downward trend (r = -0.117, P = 0.023). Conclusions Positive immunization rate of mice immunized with 10μg recombinant yeast Hepatitis B vaccine was obtained at 0, 1, 3 months and 0, 1, 6 months after immunization. The antibody titer produced by the latter was higher. The younger the better.
