针对步进炉在生产过程中升降梁发生严重断裂事故,通过对液压驱动和控制系统及升降框架钢结构载荷力学性能的分析,找出了断梁的原因,并对断裂升降框架梁进行现场修复处理。
Aiming at the severe rupture of the lifting beam during the production of stepping furnace, the reason of the broken beam was found through the analysis of the hydraulic driving and control system and the mechanical behavior of the lifting frame steel structure, and the on-site repairing of the framed lifting .
