本文针对我国当前铁路运输中的货车超载问题,分析了它的原因及影响,对容易发生超载的敞车、煤车和矿石车研究了正常运行速度下的超载自动探测方法。文中考虑了运行中车辆和线路振动对轮轨间垂直作用力的动力影响,应用频谱分析和波形分析原理,提出了新的车辆动态测重法,利用转向架中心距和固定轴距不同的车辆结构尺寸特点及电子脉冲技术,提出了新的车型鉴别法,并综合超载探测的上述两项主要内容,作了相应的电路结构安排。
This paper analyzes the reason and influence of truck overloading in current railway transportation in our country, and studies the automatic detection method of overloading at normal operating speed for the gondola, coal car and ore car which are prone to overloading. In this paper, the dynamic influence of vehicle and line vibration on the vertical force between wheel and rail is considered. Based on the principle of spectrum analysis and waveform analysis, a new dynamic vehicle weight measurement method is proposed. By using the vehicle with different bogie center distance and fixed wheelbase Structure size characteristics and electronic pulse technology, proposed a new model identification method, and integrated overload detection of the above two main contents, made the corresponding circuit structure.
