论文以化工应用设备为背景,以浮头式换热器为实例,开发出系列交互式计算机虚拟装配平台,本着遵循“理论-模拟-实践”、“整体-局部-整体”的认知规律来组织开发,整个实验从“综述-某设备认识”开始,在“零部件-拆装”中实施,在“设备交互式评价中”中结束。从认识、模拟实践直至后续的动手实践。达到学生在任务驱动下,掌握必需的理论知识和基本技能。开发技术以新兴的Virtools仿真技术为主,辅以3DS Max、SolidWorks、数据库等动态支持技术,解决交互性、实时性等问题,开发出浮头式换热器典型化工设备的虚拟拆装实验教学平台。
