湖北襄樊市农科所1981年从韭菜品比试验中选到五个较优良品种。①四川犀蒲韭菜:原产四川成都市。叶片黄绿,叶宽茎粗,食用品质较好。生长势强,株高可达10～18.5厘米,亩产可达1128斤。耐寒性强,在12月还能缓慢生长,70％以上的叶子可冲开覆盖草粪,长出绿叶。但分蘖力中等,抗热性较差,栽培中应注意及时灌水,保持土壤湿润。
Agricultural Science Institute of Xiangfan City in Hubei Province in 1981 from leeks to five comparative trials selected better varieties. ① Sichuan rhinoceros leek: native Sichuan Chengdu. Yellow-green leaves, leaves wide stem thick, good eating quality. Strong growth potential, plant height of up to 10 ~ 18.5 cm, up to 1128 kg per mu. Cold hardiness, slow growth in December, more than 70% of the leaves can be washed covered with manure, grow green leaves. However, medium tillering ability, poor heat resistance, cultivation should pay attention to timely irrigation, to keep the soil moist.
