目的探讨新法新生儿窒息复苏技术的合理培训在区县级医院推广的意义。方法本院于2009年4月开始开展“中澳新生儿窒息复苏在农村地区有效机制探讨”项目,对医务人员进行窒息复苏培训。选择开展项目后(2009年4月至2012年3月)参加培训的医务人员为观察组,培训前为对照组,将培训前后医务人员在新生儿窒息复苏时自信心水平评估和执行新生儿窒息复苏流程评估进行比较,并对培训后医务人员窒息复苏考核合格率进行评估,考核满分38分,及格分33分。结果观察组各专业医务人员新生儿窒息复苏自信心水平评估分值均高于对照组[儿科医师:(60.7±8.7)比(32.3±6.2),产科医师:(64.3±7.7)比(35.7±7.2),助产士/师:(65.0±6.8)比(36.3±7.5),麻醉医师(52.7±6.7)比(24.7±4.8),P均<0.05],执行新生儿窒息复苏流程能力的分值均高于对照组[儿科医师:(14.8±2.9)比(8.0±2.3),产科医师:(16.0±2.3)比(9.0±2.1),助产士/师:(17.0±2.4)比(9.0±2.2);麻醉医师:(14.0±2.7)比(6.3±2.5),P均<0.05]。医务人员在规范化培训后新生儿窒息复苏考核平均分分别为:儿科医师(33.1±3.6)分,产科医师(33.4±3.7)分,助产士/师(33.2±2.1)分,麻醉医师(33.1±4.3)分;最终考核总合格率86.7%。结论我院对新生儿窒息复苏技术的培训方法有效可行,可以在全国范围内推广。
Objective To explore the significance of reasonable training of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation technique in the promotion of district-level hospitals. Methods The hospital started in April 2009 to carry out the “Sino-Australia Neonatal Asphyxia Resuscitation in rural areas to explore effective mechanisms” project, medical staff asphyxiation resuscitation training. After choosing to carry out the project (April 2009 to March 2012), the medical staff participating in the training were the observation group and the control group before training. The medical staff before and after the training were evaluated on the self-confidence level in the neonatal asphyxia recovery and the neonatal asphyxia Recovery process assessment were compared, and assessment of medical staff suffocation recovery assessment after the training to assess the full score of 38, passing the score 33 points. Results The evaluation scores of resuscitation confidence of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group [paediatrics (60.7 ± 8.7) vs (32.3 ± 6.2), obstetrician: (64.3 ± 7.7) vs (35.7 ± (65.0 ± 6.8) vs (36.3 ± 7.5), anesthesiologist (52.7 ± 6.7) vs (24.7 ± 4.8), P <0.05, respectively. The scores of ability to perform asphyxia resuscitation (14 ± 2.9) vs (8.0 ± 2.3), obstetrician: (9.0 ± 2.1), midwife / teacher: (17.0 ± 2.4) vs (9.0 ± 2.2) ; Anesthesiologist: (14.0 ± 2.7) vs (6.3 ± 2.5), P <0.05]. The average scores of medical staffs in standardized training were as follows: pediatrician (33.1 ± 3.6), obstetrician (33.4 ± 3.7), midwife / teacher (33.2 ± 2.1), anesthesiologist (33.1 ± 4.3 ) Points; the final assessment of the total passing rate of 86.7%. Conclusion The method of training neonatal asphyxia resuscitation is effective and feasible in our hospital and can be popularized nationwide.
