本文以NACA 65系列叶型的多孔壁叶栅风洞试验数据为基础,先按最大升阻比工况进行了试验数据的关联,然后把关联结果与S.Lieblein的最小损失工况关系式作了比较,最后又对A.D.S.Carter的极限负荷准则提出了修正。文章又从扩压因子出发,作出了D=常数时的ε=f(σ,β_2)曲线,并把它与A.R.Howell的名义工况关系式及最大升阻比关系式进行了比较。 文章指出,Carter给出的极限负荷系数ψ=C_L(W_m/W_2)~2=1.35偏低,为使极限最佳转折角ε_(upt)的数值与基于NACA数据的关联结果相吻合,应取ψ=1.68左右。此外,计算表明,取D=0.45时得出的ε=f(σ,β_2)曲线可以十分近似地代表基于NGTE数据关联得出的Howell名义工况曲线。
Based on the experimental data of NACA 65-series porous wall cascade wind tunnel, the experimental data are first correlated with the maximum lift-drag ratio operating conditions. Then, the relationship between the correlation results and the minimum loss condition of S.Lieblein In comparison, finally, ADSCarter’s limit load criterion is proposed. Starting from the diffusion factor, the article makes a curve of ε = f (σ, β_2) at D = constant, and compares it with the relationship between nominal working conditions and maximum lift / drag ratio of A.R.Howell. The paper points out that the limit load factor ψ = C_L (W_m / W_2) ~ 2 = 1.35 given by Carter is too low. In order to match the numerical value of the optimal limit turning angle εt up with the correlation result based on NACA data, ψ = 1.68 or so. In addition, the calculation shows that the ε = f (σ, β_2) curve obtained when D = 0.45 can represent the Howell nominal working curve that is obtained based on the association of NGTE data.
