本文从下述几个方面简略地回顾了棉花对干旱反应的研究进展:(1)干旱条件下的生长反应;(2)干旱对棉花蕾铃脱落的影响;(3)水分亏缺对光合作用的影响;(4)水分亏缺对气孔运动及植株蒸腾的影响;(5)水分亏缺对物质吸收、运转和分配的影响及(6)水分亏缺时一些内含物的变化,包括糖、脯氨酸、核酸、激素、类脂和表面蜡及一些酶的浓度变化等。
This article briefly reviews the research progress of cotton response to drought from the following aspects: (1) growth response under drought conditions; (2) effects of drought on the shedding of cotton bolls; (3) effects of water deficit on photosynthesis (4) the effect of water deficit on stomatal movement and plant transpiration, (5) the effect of water deficit on material uptake and transport and distribution, and (6) changes in some of the contents of the water deficit, including sugar , Proline, nucleic acids, hormones, lipid and surface waxes, and changes in the concentration of some enzymes.
