用PHA刺激癌症病人和健康献血员的外周血淋巴细胞(PBL),对两组转化的和未转化的淋巴细胞进行了ANAE染色与Ea花结形成的研究。试验证明:1病人组转化细胞的淋转率、双标反应阳性率均比对照组明显降低。2两组转化的与病人组未转化的细胞,其双标反应指标具有高度相关性。3病人组未转化细胞巾成花细胞的ANAE(—)%增加极为显著,ANAE(—)细胞的Ea成花率非常明显地高于对照组。因此,在应用淋转试验结合双标反应的同时,检测病人未转化淋巴细胞的双标反应,可能更全面地反映病人细胞免疫水平的变动。
Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) were stimulated with PHA in cancer patients and healthy blood donors, and ANAE staining and Ea sliver formation were performed on both groups of transformed and untransformed lymphocytes. Experiments show that: 1 patient group transformed cells leaching rate, positive double-labeled reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group. 2 The two groups of transformed and patient group untransformed cells, the double-labeled reaction index has a high correlation. 3 ANAE (-)% increased significantly in non-transformed cell towel into flower cells, and the Ea flowering rate of ANAE (-) cells was significantly higher than that of the control group. Therefore, the application of double-labeled reaction with lymph node test at the same time, the detection of non-converted lymphocytes in patients with double-labeled reaction, may more fully reflect the patient’s cellular immune level changes.
