乌鲁木齐市属极度缺水地区,本文从乌鲁木齐市水资源供需现状出发,对2015年和2020年乌鲁木齐市水资源进行了二次供需平衡分析研究。结果表明:在充分考虑挖潜和节流情况下,保证率为50%、75%、95%时的需水量都大于供水量,缺水率分别为23%、26%、34%,区内水资源供需矛盾十分突出,据此提出乌鲁木齐市实施外流域调水缓解资源性缺水,是解决本地区水资源供需平衡问题的有效途径。
Urumqi City is extremely water-scarce areas, starting from the current situation of supply and demand of water resources in Urumqi, this paper analyzes the secondary supply and demand balance of water resources in Urumqi in 2015 and 2020. The results showed that under the conditions of tapping the potential and cutting expenditure, the water demand at the guaranteed rates of 50%, 75% and 95% was greater than that of the water supply. The water deficit rates were 23%, 26% and 34% The contradiction between supply and demand of resources is very prominent. Therefore, it is proposed that Urumqi City will implement the policy of diverting water out of the basin to alleviate the shortage of water resources, which is an effective way to solve the problem of water supply and demand balance in this area.
