目的研究评价协作式无缝隙全期护理在胃息肉内镜下黏膜切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年2月在我院进行诊治的94例胃息肉患者,将其随机分成研究组与对照组;全部患者均给予内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,对照组在治疗期间实施常规护理,研究组应用协作式无缝隙全期护理干预,观察分析两组的护理效果。结果全部患者均接受护理后,对患者的心理状态改善情况观察对比,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),对组间的不良反应发生情况分析比较,研究组较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),且对组间护理满意度情况评价对比,研究组也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胃息肉患者的内镜下黏膜切除术中应用协作式无缝隙全期护理干预,具有良好的效果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of collaborative seamless full-term nursing in endoscopic mucosal resection of gastric polyps. Methods 94 patients with gastric polyps diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group. All patients were treated with endoscopic mucosal resection. In the control group, The implementation of routine care, research group application of seamless whole-period nursing intervention, observation and analysis of the two groups of nursing effects. Results All patients received nursing care, the improvement of the psychological status of patients observed in the study group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05), adverse reactions between groups analysis and comparison, the study group was significantly reduced compared with the control group ( P <0.05), and compared with the evaluation of satisfaction among groups, the study group was also significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The endoscopic mucosal resection in patients with gastric polyps application of seamless whole-period nursing intervention, with good results.
