能源经济环境系数模型在能源经济环境的综合评价、宏观政策的制定中发挥着重要的作用,广泛应用于世界上不少地区和国家,在城市区域尺度中的应用也有一定的进展。从20世纪七十年代的石油危机开始,能源经济环境模拟已经开展,在环境恶化、大气污染等背景下,逐渐发展和形成了一些实用模型,主要用于研究和评估气候政策、低碳发展和能源消耗等问题。本文主要探讨城市区域尺度中对能源经济环境系数模型的应用。
The model of energy economic environment plays an important role in the comprehensive evaluation of energy economic environment and in the formulation of macro-policies. It is widely used in many regions and countries in the world and has made some progress in the application of urban regional scale. Starting from the oil crisis of the 1970s, simulation of the energy economy has taken place. Some practical models have been gradually developed and formed under the background of environmental degradation and air pollution. These models are mainly used for research and assessment of climate policies, low-carbon development and Energy consumption and other issues. This paper mainly discusses the application of energy economy environment coefficient model in the urban regional scale.
