对高强钢薄壁板-板T型和Y型节点焊趾附近的残余应力分布进行研究。制作的2组试件分别在常温和100°C的预热温度下焊接预制成型。采用ASTM钻孔法研究预热和节点几何形状对焊趾附近残余应力分布的影响,并进一步研究了支撑平板切割对节点焊趾附近残余应力分布的影响。试验结果表明,焊趾附近可能出现的抗拉残余应力相当于屈服强度的1/3,其值随着平板厚度和转角的增加而增大。另外,研究发现,预热是降低残余应力增大的有效方法,而支撑平板切割可以显著缓解焊趾处的残余应力。
The residual stress distribution near the toe of high-strength steel thin-walled slab T-type and Y-type joints was studied. Two sets of specimens were made by pre-forming at room temperature and preheating temperature of 100 ° C. The effects of preheating and node geometry on the residual stress distribution near the weld toe were studied by ASTM drilling method. The effect of the support plate cutting on the residual stress distribution near the weld toe was also studied. The experimental results show that the tensile residual stress that may appear near the weld toe is equivalent to 1/3 of the yield strength, and its value increases with the increase of plate thickness and rotation angle. In addition, the study found that preheating is an effective method to reduce the residual stress increase, and support plate cutting can significantly ease the weld toe residual stress.
