随着外卖平台的迅猛发展,许多消费者爱上了这种“一键下单坐等吃”的点餐方式。有关数据显示,全国在线订餐用户规模从2011年的0.63亿人,已增长至2016年的2.56亿人,累计增长率达到了406%。不过,网络餐饮发展中的各种乱象,正在演变成阻碍行业发展的一颗“毒瘤”。无照经营、套餐名不符实、食品原料来源不明、不合格的卫生条件、配送容器消毒管理空白等,对消费者权益造成莫大侵害,对食品安全形成严重威胁。
