采用有限体积法对厚煤层煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出规律进行了数值模拟,得到不同条件下煤壁煤体瓦斯压力分布与煤壁瓦斯涌出速率。根据数值模拟结果,采用数据拟合曲线方式得到煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出速率公式。在此基础上得出在厚煤层煤巷掘进过程中煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出速率公式。研究结果表明,厚煤层煤巷掘进过程中煤壁瓦斯涌出速率与煤层条件和煤巷掘进速度密切相关,对控制矿井瓦斯涌出量具有一定的指导意义。
The finite volume method was used to simulate the gas emission law of coal seam in thick coal seam and get the gas pressure distribution of coal wall and gas emission rate of coal seam under different conditions. According to the result of numerical simulation, the gas emission rate formula of coal seam coal wall is obtained by data fitting curve method. Based on this, the gas emission rate formula of coal seam coal seam in tunneling process of thick coal seam is obtained. The results show that the rate of gas emission from coal wall during coal tunneling in thick coal seam is closely related to coal seam conditions and tunneling speed, which is of guiding significance for controlling gas emission from coal mines.
