文章通过文献研究,回顾和总结了有关文化休克的概念界定、主要研究内容,前置影响因素和对结果变量的影响,目前对文化休克现象的研究主要停留在移民群体、留学群体,针对企业跨国并购后的文化休克现象研究不多。面对强势被购对象的不信任和抗拒,如何选择发挥外派管理人员的沟通作用,如何选择合适的并购整合模式,最大限度地减少文化差异带来的冲突和碰撞,在企业并购后形成多元性与整体性的统一,是跨文化整合的更高立意和追求,也是我们后期研究的重心所在。
Through literature review, the article reviews and summarizes the concept definition, main research contents, front influence factors and impact on outcome variables of cultural shock. At present, the research on cultural shock mainly stays in immigrant groups and overseas study groups, The phenomenon of cultural shock after the acquisition of small research. In the face of the strong mistrust and resistance of the purchased target, how to choose the communication function of the expatriate managers, how to choose the appropriate merger and acquisition mode, minimize the conflicts and collisions caused by the cultural differences, The unification of sex and integrity is the higher intention and pursuit of intercultural integration and also the focus of our later research.
