利用简单节杆菌的△~1—脱氢酶可以催化氢化可的松(以下简称氢化)脱氢,转化为去氢氢化可的松(以下简称去氢)。微生物的这种化学转化作用进行的很快,而且去氢又可被某些酶分解。为了掌握氢化脱氢终点、减少产物破坏,必须有一种简便、准确的测定转化率的方法。同时根据转化率的高低,还可以间接地反应出△~1—脱氢酶活力大小。
The dehydration of hydrocortisone (hereinafter referred to as hydrogenation) can be catalyzed by △ ~ 1-dehydrogenase of Arthrobacter simplex to dehydrogenated hydrocortisone (hereinafter referred to as dehydrogenation). This chemical conversion of microorganisms proceeds very quickly, and dehydrogenation can be broken down by some enzymes. In order to grasp the end point of hydrogenation dehydrogenation, reduce product damage, there must be a simple and accurate method for the determination of conversion.
