文章结合京台高速公路山东德州段路面维修工程,研究了采用二灰碎石铣刨料做路面刚性基层材料的问题。室内试验研究了二灰碎石再生集料的物理力学特性,结果表明,二灰碎石再生集料基本满足高速公路基层骨料的质量标准。以二灰碎石再生集料作为骨料,进行水泥混凝土基层材料配合比设计,并试验研究了二灰碎石再生集料刚性基层材料的力学特性、疲劳特性、收缩特性和材料耐久性。研究认为,二灰碎石再生集料水泥混凝土的各项性能良好,可以做沥青路面基层。试验路段经3年的运营,路况良好。
In this paper, the road maintenance project of Shandong Dezhou section of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway is used to study the problem of using lime-flyash milling material to make the rigid base material of pavement. The physical and mechanical characteristics of lime-flyash recycled aggregates were studied experimentally in the laboratory. The results showed that the recycled aggregates of lime-flyash gravel satisfied the quality standards of expressway aggregate. Using lime-flyash gravel recycled aggregates as aggregate, the mix design of cement-concrete basic material was conducted. The mechanical properties, fatigue properties, shrinkage properties and material durability of the limestone aggregate were studied experimentally. The study shows that the performance of lime-flyash gravel aggregate is good, and can be used as the base of asphalt pavement. After three years of operation of the test section, the traffic is good.
