选取1日龄的雏鸡,随机分成五组,接种N D V、LTK63/G 192+N D V、LTR 72/G 192+N D V、LT+N D V、PBS,每组10只,0,11,25,35,55天采取血清和鼻液,通过间接ELISA检测抗体水平,实验结果显示,LTK63/G 192+N D V、LTR 72/G 192+N D V、LT+N D V组的血清和鼻液都比仅使用N D V组的抗体水平高,LTR 72/G 192+N D V组最高。经M TT法,检测N D V不同病毒稀释度诱发免疫鸡T淋巴细胞产生增殖反应,LTR 72/G 192+N D V组的淋巴细胞增殖反应也最好。表明双突变体LTR 72/G 192具有强的黏膜佐剂作用。
