我厂两台3L-10/8型空气压缩机作为氮气压缩,一般为一开一备状态。电机功率为75kW,最高工作压力为0.8MPa,额定电流为150A,设有两个事故氮贮罐,正常时两罐充满压力后停止使用。用压缩机直接压缩常用氮,以0.2-0.25MPa压力送用户,每小时供氮量在400~500m~3,电流在60~80A。所以该机组基本上处于低负荷状态下运转,也就是形成大马拉小车状态,极大地浪费电能。为提高效益,我们采用了加装变频器进行节能改造工作,收到可观的经济效益,在此小结,以供同行参考。
I plant two 3L-10/8 air compressors as nitrogen compression, generally open for a prepared state. Motor power of 75kW, the maximum working pressure of 0.8MPa, rated current of 150A, with two nitrogen storage tank accident, normally two cans of pressure to stop using. Compressor used to directly compress the nitrogen, 0.2-0.25MPa pressure to send users, nitrogen per hour for the 400 ~ 500m ~ 3, current 60 ~ 80A. So the unit is basically in low-load operation, that is, the formation of a big horse car state, a great waste of energy. In order to improve the efficiency, we have adopted the installation of frequency converter for energy-saving work, received considerable economic benefits, in this summary, for peer reference.
