在21℃,24℃,27℃,30℃,33℃五种不同恒温条件下,观察了竹裂爪螨生长发育各个时期的存活情况及成螨的生殖力,进而构建了竹裂爪螨在五种恒温条件下的实验种群特定年龄生命表。分析结果表明,温度对卵的孵化影响不大,孵化率在27℃最高,为98.70%。幼螨、若螨的存活率以27℃最高,高温不利于幼螨、若螨的存活,33℃下仅为55.72%发育为成螨。在试验温度范围内(21℃-33℃)世代存活率、雌成螨平均产卵量、种群增长指数均呈抛物线趋势,可以用二次抛物线方程表示其随温度的变化情况。在最适温度条件下(26.96℃)繁殖一代科群数量增加约9.86倍。
