通过调查法和资料分析法对西南部留守儿童教育问题的现状、归因和出路进行研究。由于农村剩余劳动力大规模转移受城乡分割的管理体制制约、部分农村家长重养轻教和学校教育单一,农村留守儿童出现数量多、家庭教育缺失、学校教育受阻和身心健康堪忧等社会难题,解决问题的关键在于政府要认真履职,家长要主动担责,学校要积极跟进,社会要广泛响应,争取能够从根本上保障农村留守儿童公平的受教育权。
Through investigation and data analysis, this paper studies the status quo, attribution and ways of education of left-behind children in southwest China. Due to the large-scale transfer of surplus rural labor forces in rural and urban areas, the management system restricts some parents in rural areas from rebuilding and educating their parents, single-handedly educating left-behind children in rural areas, lack of family education, and difficulties in schooling and physical and mental health. The crux of the problem lies in the fact that the government should earnestly perform its duties. Parents should take the initiative to take responsibility. Schools should actively follow up and the society should respond extensively so that the right to education of left-behind children in rural areas can be fundamentally guaranteed.
