对于《班主任》,我以前一直不了解,直到那次投稿,我才真正开始关注她。我是一名科任教师,已经教了20年书,与许多班主任共过事,这期间有许多感受:每个班主任都有各自的特点,每个班级都有不同的文化氛围。大凡优秀班主任都能够与科任教师互相配合,促进班级成长;而带班不成功的班主任,也许有这样那样的理由,但没有与科任教师形成教育合力应该是一个重要原因。于是,在暑假空闲时,我将自己做科任教师的感受记录下来,写成一篇“科任教师如何当好班主任班级管理的配角”的短
