利用放电等离子烧结技术在45钢基体上制备Ni60涂层,并对Ni60涂层的显微组织、界面结合情况以及耐磨性能进行分析。结果表明:Ni60涂层主要由γ-Ni、CrB、Cr7C3等相组成;涂层与基体在界面处形成了良好的冶金结合,涂层硬度为597.5 HV0.3,过渡层硬度从597.5 HV0.3到209.6 HV0.3呈梯度分布,宽度大约为0.3 mm,涂层与基体的结合强度约为710 MPa;涂层在磨粒磨损的条件下体积磨损率为5.43×10-2cm3/h。
The Ni60 coating was prepared on 45 steel substrate by spark plasma sintering. The microstructure, interfacial bonding and wear resistance of Ni60 coating were analyzed. The results show that the Ni60 coating mainly consists of γ-Ni, CrB and Cr7C3 phases. The coating has a good metallurgical bond with the matrix at the interface, the hardness of the coating is 597.5 HV0.3, the hardness of the transition layer is from 597.5 HV0.3 To 209.6 HV0.3 gradient distribution width of about 0.3 mm, the bond strength of the coating and the substrate is about 710 MPa; the wear rate of the coating under abrasive wear is 5.43 × 10-2cm3 / h.
