培训是一种有计划、有目标、有步骤的学习,它的目标就在于使得员工的知识、技能、工作方法、工作态度以及工作的价值观得到改善和提高,从而发挥出最大的潜力提高个人和组织的业绩,推动组织和个人的不断进步,实现组织和个人的双重发展。本文从培训的基本原理出发,通过对大准铁路公司机务段员工培训分析,得出目前企业在员工培训方面存在问题,提出新的解决方案,较全面的论述员工培训对企业经营发展的重要性。
