建立了一次性纸杯中双酚A的高效液相色谱检测方法并根据国家标准和欧盟有关模拟物规定的指令,研究了一次性纸杯中双酚A在不同模拟物中的迁移规律。考察了纸杯中双酚A对内向食物迁移的规律及其对外向人体迁移的规律,并对浸泡时间、温度、不同模拟物条件下的双酚A的迁移进行了研究。使用高效液相色谱荧光检测双酚A,检出限为10μg/kg,双酚A的线性范围为0.05~50 mg/kg;加标回收率为88%~95%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%~3.8%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of bisphenol A in disposable paper cups was established. The migration of bisphenol A in different mimics was investigated in accordance with the national standards and the directives of the EU on mimetics. The migration rules of bisphenol A in paper cups and its migration to extroverted human body were investigated. The migration of bisphenol A under immersion time, temperature and different mimics was studied. The detection limit of bisphenol A was 10μg / kg with HPLC. The linear range of bisphenol A was 0.05 ~ 50 mg / kg. The recoveries were between 88% and 95%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) 2.7% ~ 3.8%.
