无缝三环链用在重载联结处特别可靠,它的抗拉强度比接火的或焊接的链环大3~4倍,因此被广泛应用在矿山起重工作上。我厂锻造的链环,型式有两种(见图1a及b)。锻造这种链环,我们会走过不少弯路,从失败中吸取了不少经验教训。最初锻件表面有皱皮,抗拉强度不够。经过多次的改进工具和操作,已经克服了这些主要的缺点。由于这种链环加工复杂,笔者愿将工作中摸索到的经验介绍出来,以供兄弟厂参考。
Seamless Tricyclic Chain is particularly reliable at heavy duty couplings. Its tensile strength is 3 to 4 times larger than that of a fused or welded link and is therefore widely used in mine hoisting operations. I forging factory chain, there are two types (see Figure 1a and b). Forging this link, we will go through many detours, learn from the failure of a lot of experience and lessons. The initial forging surface wrinkled skin, tensile strength is not enough. After several improvements in tools and operations, these major drawbacks have been overcome. Due to the complexity of this chain processing, I would like to work out the experience found out for brother factory reference.
