成功地使用了种子乳液聚合方法制备出粒径为30 0nm左右的苯乙烯 (Styrene) /丙烯酸 (Acrylicacid)共聚小球。首次报道通过紫外射线辐照方法使吸附在苯乙烯 /丙烯酸共聚小球表面的钴离子还原 ,进而使高分子球外表面包覆一层超细金属Co粒子。采用XRD、TEM等对其复合粒子进行了表征。
Successfully using a seed emulsion polymerization method to prepare a particle size of about 30 0 Styrene / acrylic (Acrylicacid) copolymer beads. For the first time, cobalt ions adsorbed on the surface of styrene / acrylic copolymer beads were reduced by UV irradiation, so that the outer surface of the polymer beads coated with a layer of ultrafine metallic Co particles. The composite particles were characterized by XRD, TEM and so on.
