《中西法律传统》是中南财经政法大学法律史研究所主办、范忠信教授和陈景良教授主编的年刊,由中国政法大学出版社出版。本年刊是继中国法律史学会主办的《法律史论集》之后又一本作为法律史专业学术阵地的连续系列出版物,现已经被《高等学校文科学术文摘》等文摘资料列为重要文献来源资料之一,在大陆与港台法学界反响良好。 “Chinese and Western Legal Traditions” is the annual magazine sponsored by Institute of Legal History, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, edited by Professor Fan Zhongxin and Professor Chen Jingliang, published by China University of Political Science and Law Press. This year’s edition is another series of publications that serve as a professional academic position for history of law after the “History of Legal History” sponsored by the Chinese Society of Legal History. Now it has been listed as an important source of literature by digests such as “Academic Abstracts of Colleges and Universities” One of the sources is the good response from the legal circles in Hong Kong and Taiwan in mainland China.
