目的 :探讨高职院校学生生活方式、身心健康状况及其之间的相关关系,为其形成良好的生活方式,促进身心健康提供参考。方法 :选取浙江省6所高职院校600名在校学生,应用自编高职院校学生生活方式调查问卷及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查;运用测量法对其体质健康进行测量。结果 :浙江省高职院校学生生活方式状况整体上呈中等偏下状态;体质健康状况处于及格水平;心理健康状况不佳;生活方式与其体质健康、心理健康水平呈正相关。结论 :浙江省高职院校学生生活方式状况不佳;对学生不良的生活方式进行积极有效的引导,可促进其身心健康。
Objective: To explore the relationship between life style, physical and mental health of students in higher vocational colleges and their relationship, and provide a reference for forming a good life style and promoting physical and mental health. Methods: Six hundred and six college students in six higher vocational schools in Zhejiang Province were enrolled in this study. The students’ life style questionnaire and self-rating Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used to investigate. The physical fitness Make measurements. Results: The status of students’ life style in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province showed a middle-lower status overall; physical fitness was at the passing standard; mental health was not good; and lifestyle was positively correlated with their physical health and mental health. Conclusion: The situation of students ’life style in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province is not good. The active and effective guidance of students’ bad lifestyles can promote their physical and mental health.
