在探讨交感神经递质可塑性的初步工作中我们已观察到断节前纤维后大鼠颈上节节后神经元及其轴突末梢内儿茶酚胺(CA)荧光数量及分布的改变。本工作是在同样条件下,观察节后神经元内乙酰胆硷酯酶(ACHE)活性变化,结合CA荧光的改变以分析探讨在体的交感神经元在失去传入神经支配后由肾上腺能向胆硷能转化的可能性。
In our preliminary work exploring the plasticity of sympathetic neurotransmitters, we have observed changes in the quantity and distribution of catecholamine (CA) fluorescence in the posterior cervical preganglionic neurons and their axonal terminals following presympathetic fibers. This work is under the same conditions, observing postganglionic neuronal acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) activity changes, combined with changes in CA fluorescence analysis to explore in vivo sympathetic neurons in the loss of afferent innervation by the adrenal gland to Choline can transform the possibility.
