目的建立维C银翘片中对乙酰氨基酚和维生素C的HPLC测定方法。方法采用C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:水:冰醋酸(20∶80∶0.2V/V),检测波长:249nm;流速:1ml?min-1。结果对乙酰氨基酚、维生素C分别在21.8~217.4μg?ml-1(r=0.9997)、10.1~101.4μg?ml-1(r=0.9994)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.6%(RSD=0.9%)和98.4%(RSD=1.0%)。结论所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of acetaminophen and vitamin C in Wei C Yinqiao Tablets. Methods C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol: water: glacial acetic acid (20:80:0.2 V / V), detection wavelength: 249nm and flow rate of 1ml? Min-1. Results Acetaminophen and vitamin C showed good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 21.8-217.4 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9997) and 10.1-101.4 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9994) respectively. The average recovery 98.6% (RSD = 0.9%) and 98.4% (RSD = 1.0%), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
