目的探讨血清CC亚族趋化因子配体20(CCL20)的水平与T2DM和肥胖的关系。方法将82名正常对照(NC)组分为非肥胖组(A组)和肥胖组(B组),79例新诊断的T2DM患者分为非肥胖组(C组)和肥胖组(D组)。测量各组身高、体重、血压、WC、臀围,测定FPG、FIns、HbA1c、血尿酸(SUA)、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C,计算BMI、WHR和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 D组血清CCL20的浓度较A组和B组升高(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,T2DM组中CCL20与UA和LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析表明,LDL-C是血清CCL20的独立相关因素(P<0.01)。结论 CCL20与T2DM密切相关,可能参与了T2DM的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum CC subgroup CCL20 and T2DM and obesity. Methods 82 normal controls (NC) were divided into non-obese group (group A) and obese group (group B), and 79 newly diagnosed T2DM patients were divided into non-obese group (group C) and obese group (group D) . HbA1c, SUA, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were measured and the BMI, WHR and HOMA- IR). Results The concentration of serum CCL20 in group D was higher than that in group A and group B (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that CCL20 was positively correlated with UA and LDL-C in T2DM group, and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that LDL-C was an independent factor related to serum CCL20 (P <0.01). Conclusion CCL20 is closely related to T2DM and may be involved in the occurrence and development of T2DM.
