韩国网络实名制作为网络环境下公民个人权利保护的一次尝试最终以失败告终,其发展产生发展到失败的过程虽然短暂,但是给予了其他国家特别是我国在个人信息保护方面非常重要的经验。在建设社会主义法治国家的倡导下,个人信息保护理所应当以法治为基石,以隐私权作为个人信息保护的法理基础,而网络实名制不应该成为时代的主流。
As an attempt to defend the protection of individual citizens’ rights under the network environment, South Korea’s Internet real-name system eventually ended in failure. Although the process of its development from development to failure was short-lived, it gave other countries, especially our country, very important experience in the protection of personal information. Under the advocacy of building a socialist country ruled by law, personal information protection should be based on the rule of law as the cornerstone, privacy as the legal basis for personal information protection, and network real name system should not become the mainstream of the times.
