研究目的:介绍国内首座直线电机车辆大修基地轮对检修生产线的设计概况,深入研究直线电机车辆轮对检修生产线的设计,并提出轮对检修生产线柔性化、信息化设计的新思路。研究结论:直线电机车辆轮对的架修和大修分设在2条生产线上进行,在大修生产线设计中采用柔性化和信息化设计,能够满足线网内其它车辆轮对的大修需要。
The purpose of this study is to introduce the design overview of the wheelset overhaul production line of the first domestic linear motor vehicle overhaul base, study the design of wheelset overhaul production line of the linear motor vehicle in-depth, and put forward the new idea of flexible and informative design of wheelset overhaul production line. Research conclusions: The repairing and overhauling of the wheelset of the linear motor vehicle are carried out on two production lines. The flexible and informative design of the overhaul production line design can meet the overhaul needs of the other vehicle wheelsets in the line network.
