目的 探讨局部脑葡萄糖代谢减低及局部脑血流量减低与脑梗死的关系。方法 对 30例多发性脑梗死患者的脑氧代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层显像 (18F FDGPET显像 )与99m锝 双半胱氨酸乙酯 (99mTc ECD)脑血流灌注显像进行对比分析。结果 局部脑葡萄糖代谢减低与临床症状、体征呈正相关 ,与梗死部位及局部脑血流量减低呈正相关。结论 18F FDGPET显像可以为缺血性脑血管病的诊断和治疗提供依据
Objective To investigate the relationship between local cerebral glucose metabolism and local cerebral blood flow decrease and cerebral infarction. Methods Cerebral perfusion imaging of 99m Tc 99m Tc ECD was performed in 30 patients with multiple cerebral infarction by using 18F FDG PET imaging. . Results The decrease of local cerebral glucose metabolism was positively correlated with clinical symptoms and signs, and positively correlated with the infarction site and the decrease of regional cerebral blood flow. Conclusion 18F FDG PET imaging can provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease
