目的调查军校研究生的自我和谐现状,并探讨其与心理健康、应对方式之间的关系。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对某军队工科院校380名研究生进行调查。结果军校研究生与大学生常模比较,其不和谐性低于常模,灵活性高于常模,刻板性差异没有统计学意义;与军人群体比较,不和谐性、灵活性高于军人群体,刻板性低于军人群体。军校研究生自我不和谐性、刻板性与SCL—90各因子和消极应对方式呈显著正相关,灵活性与积极应对方式、SCL—90的部分因子呈显著正相关。结论军校研究生自我和谐水平高于地方大学生和军人群体,促进自我和谐有助于提高心理健康水平,采取积极灵活的方式应对问题。
Objective To investigate the current situation of self-consistency and harmony between graduate students in military academies and their relationship with mental health and coping styles. Methods A total of 380 graduate students from a military engineering college were investigated by SCCS, SCL-90 and SCSQ. Results Compared with the norm of undergraduates in military academies, the disharmony was lower than that of norm and the flexibility was higher than that of norm. The difference of rigidities was not statistically significant. Compared with the military, the disharmony and flexibility were higher than those of the military, Sex is lower than military groups. There was a significant positive correlation between SCL-90 factors and negative coping styles. The flexibility and positive coping styles were positively correlated with some factors of SCL-90. Conclusion The self-consistency level of postgraduates in military academies is higher than that of local undergraduates and servicemen. Promoting self-harmony helps to improve the level of mental health, and adopts a positive and flexible way to deal with the problems.
