This paper provides the results of non-orthogonal three-dimensional SEM analysis and spectrum analysis of the machined surface by ultrasonic vibration cutting along the cutting direction. The results of the comparison of the microscopic photographs with ultrasonic vibration and ordinary cutting are given.
