弓形体病是一种可使胎儿发生严重先天感染的寄生虫病。胎儿发病与孕妇感染时间有关,在妊娠3个月内感染者,胎儿发病最为严重,故应及时作出诊断并给予恰当治疗。多聚酶链反应(PCR)是最新发展的一种对DNA特定序列进行体外扩增的方法。文献中已有用于弓形体检测的报道。研究根据DNA序列所具有的种属特异性,选择rDNA88bp片段为模板,结果表明对检测弓形体有较高的特异性。经选择80例在妊娠期间弓形体免疫反应转为阳性的孕妇进行羊水PCR测定并与常规诊断胎儿弓形体感染
Toxoplasmosis is a parasitic disease that causes serious congenital infection of the fetus. Selected 80 cases during pregnancy toxoplasma immune response to positive pregnant women for amniotic fluid PCR determination and routine diagnosis of fetal toxoplasma infection
