[目的]研究枸杞幼苗的耐盐性,为枸杞栽培奠定基础。[方法]以黑果枸杞和红果枸杞的盆栽苗为试材,用Na Cl溶液进行浇灌处理,测定两个枸杞品种叶片的细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖含量4个抗性生理指标,并分析其生理响应差异。[结果]Na Cl对枸杞的生理指标产生了显著的影响,两个枸杞品种的生理指标总体变化趋势一致,但变化程度不同。‘黑杞1号’的细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量均呈先升高在下降的趋势,细胞膜透性和脯氨酸(Pro)含量在第45天时达到最高,丙二醛(MDA)含量在第30天时达到最高,可溶性糖含量呈下降趋势;‘宁杞7号’的细胞膜透性呈升高趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈下降再升高趋势,在第30天时达到最高,脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖含量均呈升高再下降趋势,在第45天时均达到最高。[结论]‘黑杞1号’和‘宁杞7号’对不同浓度Na Cl溶液均具有积极的盐分生理响应方式,且两品种间生理响应方式存在差异,‘黑杞1号’对Na Cl的适应性优于‘宁杞7号’。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the salt tolerance of Lycium barbarum seedlings and lay the foundation for the cultivation of Fructus Lycii. [Method] The potted seedlings of Lycium barbarum L. and Lycium barbarum L. were used as test materials and treated with NaCl solution to measure the membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), proline Soluble sugar content of four physiological indicators of resistance, and analysis of their physiological differences. [Result] Na Cl had a significant effect on the physiological indexes of Lycium chinense. The physiological indexes of the two Lycium barbarum varieties had the same change trends but different degrees of change. Membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) contents of ’Heqi No.1’ increased first and then decreased, membrane permeability and proline content increased on the 45th day (MDA) content reached the maximum at the 30th day and the content of soluble sugar showed a decreasing trend. The membrane permeability of Ningqi No.7 increased and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased And reached the highest level on the 30th day. The content of Pro and soluble sugar both increased and then decreased, reaching the highest on the 45th day. [Conclusion] Both “Heqi No.1” and “Ningqi No.7” had a positive physiological response to salt solution with different concentrations of Na Cl, and there were differences in physiological responses among the two varieties. The adaptability is better than Ning Qi 7.
