Not long ago, a new move aroused enthusiastic repercussions among Shanghai citizens. For the first time, the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress invited minors to participate in local legislation, hold discussions with lawmakers, face up to exchanges and offer advice and suggestions for the revision of draft laws and regulations.
