情境学习理论认为,能力的获得必须镶嵌在相关或“真实”的情境中,从某种程度上讲,能力是活动、情境的产品。本文结合职业院校学生特点及培养目标要求,主张通过加强基于学习情境的“硬件”建设,建立工作过程系统化课程体系,实施行动导向教学,工学结合来创设职业情境,使学生对职业有一个完整的体验,从而提高学生职业指导的实效性。
Situation learning theory suggests that the acquisition of competencies must be embedded in relevant or “real” situations, and to some extent, abilities are activities and contextual products.
