目前用于长纤维增强复合材的SiC有两种:一种是美国航空公司(AVCO)制造的,称之为SCSi(i=2,6,8,9)长纤维,另一种是英国BP公司制造的,称之为SM1240和SM1140的长纤维.研究采用SM1240长纤维,即具有钨芯和涂有碳(1.42μm厚)和TiBx(0.65μm厚)双重涂层的SiC纤维,与80~100μm厚的Ti—6Al—4V箔材在1173K下热等静压制得复合材.利用扫描电镜(SEM),透射电镜(TEM),透射电子能耗谱(EELS)以及俄歇电子谱(AES)和扫描俄歇电子显微镜(SAM)等方法,观察分析复合材界面扩散层的组织结构及元素分布等.
