目的:探讨v-sis、c-myc、c-fos三种癌基因mRNA的协同表达在脑膜瘤中的作用。方法:用原位杂交结合图像分析方法对三种癌基因在脑膜瘤中的mR-NA表达状况进行了定量研究。结果:v-sis、c-myc、c-fos在脑膜瘤中的表达率依次为60.7%、43.3%和57.1%,脑膜瘤中c-myc和c-fos的mRNA表达间呈正相关,而v-sis和c-myc的mRNA表达间只在纤维细胞型脑膜瘤(FM)中呈正相关。结论:这三种癌基因表达增高在脑膜瘤中具有一定作用。c-myc和c-fos的协同表达在脑膜瘤发生发展中具有特殊意义,v-sis和c-myc协同表达在FM中也有特异性作用,说明各组织分型的脑膜瘤在发生发展中具有一定的遗传异质性。
Objective: To investigate the role of co-expression of three oncogenes v-sis, c-myc and c-fos in meningioma. Methods: In situ hybridization and image analysis were used to quantitatively study the expression of mR-NA in three meningiomas. Results: The expression rates of c-myc and c-fos in meningiomas were 60.7%, 43.3% and 57.1%, respectively. The mRNA expressions of c-myc and c-fos in meningioma There was a positive correlation between v-sis and c-myc mRNA expression only in fibrocystic meningioma (FM).
