研究了Co/Hβ分子筛催化剂上2-甲基萘的烷基化反应,考察Co含量和反应温度的影响。通过与Hβ和Mg/Hβ分子筛对比发现,反应温度(400~450)℃,1%Co/HB分子筛上2-甲基萘的转化率和目的产物二烷基萘的总选择性较高,副产物萘和多烷基萘较少。结合甲醇和乙醇不同烷基化试剂以及对比实验结果,证实烷基化过程中发生包括异构化、歧化和烷基化等反应;产物二烷基萘大多来源于2一甲基萘的歧化和溶剂均三甲苯的转移烷基化,甲醇或乙醇作为烷基化试剂部分参与了2一甲基萘的烷基化反应,而相当一部分则生成低碳烃。
The alkylation of 2-methylnaphthalene over Co / Hβ zeolite catalysts was investigated. The effects of Co content and reaction temperature were investigated. By comparison with Hβ and Mg / Hβ molecular sieves, it was found that the conversion of 2-methylnaphthalene and the total selectivity of dialkylnaphthalene on the 1% Co / HB zeolite were higher at the reaction temperature (400-450 ℃) Product naphthalene and polyalkyl naphthalene less. Combining the different alkylating reagents of methanol and ethanol and the comparative experimental results, it was confirmed that the isomerization, disproportionation and alkylation occurred in the alkylation process. Most of the products of dialkylnaphthalene originated from disproportionation of 2-methylnaphthalene and Methane transfer solvent alkylate, methanol or ethanol as part of the alkylating agent involved in the 2-methyl-naphthalene alkylation, while a considerable portion of the formation of low-carbon hydrocarbons.
