目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后的眼压变化以及术中应用卡米可林对术后眼压的影响。方法于术后8、24、48、72小时测量眼压，随机术中于98眼前房内注入适量卡米可林。结果该种术式术后眼压峰值在8小时，但最高眼压仅为31．61mmHg，＞20mmHg者仅占25．6％，前房内注射卡米可林和未注射者，术后眼压无明显差别。结论该种术式由于手术切口小，对眼内刺激轻等优点，完全预防了术后高眼压发生的可能。
Objective To investigate the change of intraocular pressure (IOP) after intraocular lens implantation in patients with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract and the effect of intraoperative use of cimetidine on IOP. Methods The intraocular pressure was measured at 8, 24, 48, and 72 hours postoperatively. A total of 98 patients received intracameral injection of camicolin. Results The postoperative intraocular pressure peak at 8 hours, but the maximum intraocular pressure was only 31.61mmHg,> 20mmHg accounted for only 25.6%, anterior chamber injection of ciclopilin and non-injected, postoperative eye No significant difference in pressure. Conclusion The surgical procedure has the advantages of less incision and less irritation to the eye, which completely prevents the possibility of postoperative IOP.
