安徽省是中部地区一个近海的重要资源和人口大省。安徽在今后五年能否以高于全国平均水平的较高速度加快发展,不仅决定着整个中部地区能否顺利崛起,而且也对全国能否如期实现全面建设小康社会的目标产生重要影响。我曾对十一届三中全会以来安徽经济发展战略有过一些了解和关注,对未来安徽经济如何发展有过一些思考,现将几点不成熟的想法谈出来, 以期能对安徽制定出科学合理的“十一五”规划起到一点抛砖引玉的作用。
Anhui Province is an important coastal area with a large population and population in Central China. Whether Anhui can speed up its development at a higher speed than the national average over the next five years will not only determine whether the entire central region can rise smoothly, but also exert a significant influence on whether the entire country can realize the goal of building an overall well-to-do society on schedule. I have had some understanding and attention to Anhui’s economic development strategy since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, and have some thoughts on how Anhui’s economy will develop in the future. Now I will talk about some immature ideas in order to make science in Anhui Reasonable “Eleventh Five-Year ” planning play a little startling role.
